How It Works

Step 01.1: Register your interest for Taster

Register as Parent / Guardian. Please use the registration form to register your account.

Step 01.2: Verify your email &/ mobile

You are expected to verify and validate the email address and mobile; as our communication completely relies on these 2 information to be absolutely valid.

Step 01.3: Yay! BeeSports Team to allocate TASTER date and venue

BeeSports Team will reach out to you through email or mobile regarding the allocation of TASTER session, date and venue. You will be communicated primarily through email.

Step 02.1: Taster session - accept and attend

We expect you to accept the TASTER session. In case, the date is not suitable for you, we would like to inform us as early as possible, so we can offer alternate dates. Child attends the taster session. There you will have your opportunity to witness your child participating in the actual sessions along with regulars. You will be provided platform to clarify any doubts and speak to coaches.

Step 02.2: Taster Feedback or Confirmation

After the taster session been attend, we expect you to reach us back within 3 days of attending to confirm whether you would like to go ahead as regular with us or even not.

Step 03.1: BeeSports - sends invoice.

BeeSports will enrol the participant(s) into the BeeSports Term and send you an invoice. That email will have instructions about what actions needs to be taken and when the training BeeSports vest will be provided.

Step 03.2: Pay Invoice and Continue

Upon receipt of invoice, kindly make the payment within the expected date using Bank Transfer. Regularly participate in the sessions without missing.

Step 04.1: New Term

Participants will be automatically enrolled into new term, unless we are informed otherwise. BeeSports will allocate the new term, notify a month in advance about this, with instructions for the Term and invoice details.

Step 04.2: Regular participation

Regularly participate in the sessions without missing.

Step 04.3: Skills and Assessments

BeeSports will look to regularly assess the skills and update the skill matrix. Keep an eye for the notification email.
